Possessed:Prologue

My feet shuffled the dirt beneath my bare feet. The rusted chains around my wrists and ankles clanked with an unpleasent noise. The old bars of my prison cell creaked open. I looked up and my dull, lifeless eyes met the vigilant ones of the guard. "It's time isn't it?" I asked in a small whisper. He nodded and I got up slowly. He roughly grabbed my arm and yanked me forward. I dragged my feet up to the excitcution stand. My feet touched the rough wood of the stand. I couldn't bare to look at the villiagers that were once my friends but now hated me. I stood in front of the stand and stared at the dried blood that was permantly stained on the machine. I was going to see my mother now. But I know she wasn't ready for me. My head shot up and my once dull, lifeless green eyes were now vivid and filled with a new sense of determination. Grey mist started forming around my feet. "Get the villigers outta here! Guards! Put up the defenses! Close the gates!" I heard the general shout out. I smirked. My slightly pointed teeth showing. "Párte mazí desmá mou, párte mazí ti̱n psychí̱ mou. Férei sto proskí̱nio to daímona pou katoikeí mésa mou!" I chanted in Greek which translated to take away my shackles, take away my soul. Bring forth the demon that dwells within me. The mist became even more dense and I heard the guards taking out their sowrds and shields. "You really think that your weapons and defeat me? I am invincible, indistructible. I AM UNDYING!" I shouted in a different voice and broke my hand-cuffs to spread my arms out. And with just a flick of my wrists everything was thrown back. Whoa, whoa, whoa! Let's just back up some. Let me tell you how everything came up to this. I'll start my introducing myself. My name is Shira Takahashi. I was a normal 15 year old girl until my body was possessed by an animal spirit that was despret for help. Now it's up to me or else something bad will happen to everyone.
